Very simple screen popup with admin for wordpress site

Hi, I would like a very simple tab that shows on all of my pages in the lower left corner that when clicked, opens a popup showing whatever html I put in it. If you visit [login to view URL] and see the tab on their homepage in the lower right corner that says "rewards", this is exactly what I am looking for. It would be nice for this to be made into an installable wordpress plugin, so in the admin, I could just check to enable or disable, and also include a box to insert the html for the popup. I have included a screenshot of the tab on punchtab. Please read the detailed instructions. ## Deliverables I have attached a screenshot of what I am looking for. Here is basically what I want: 1) Red tab that will show in the lower **LEFT** corner of every page on my site that says "Giveaway" 2) When clicked it will popup and grey out the rest of the screen exactly like on punchtab and will show whatever html I enter in the admin. 3) Able to be installed as a wordpress plugin zip file. Once installed, it will have a very simple admin. 4) In the admin of wordpress plugin, I want to be able to have 3 things: a) A box to check that will enable or disable the tab from showing on my pages b) A textbox to type what will be the name of the tab (ex. "Giveaway") that will display across the tab and can be changed whenever c) A text area to type the html of what will popup when the tab is clicked. I want it to look and function exactly like on Punchtab, but with the ability to have my own images, links, html, or whatever popup when the tab is clicked.
