Need security pros to help stop corporate espionage

I need help to "debug" my company's communications including network and PCs. Every time a company secret is typed on certain computers or spoken on a phone, a certain party has been receiving the info and acting upon it. I will be accepting multiple bids and **this bid request is for an initial consultation only**. I will then open a **second job with a higher bid allowance** for the actual consulting work once we determine the **scope of work**. I'm looking for security professionals who can help me with at least one of the following: 1. Debug mobile phones, esp. iPhones - in case they have somehow been tapped. 2. Help determine if someone may be listening to internet and phone transmissions at the telco/internet service provider level. 3. Help me with wireshark or similar on Windows, to listen to all network traffic over the period of a week, two weeks or a month and analyze everything that is going out, to see if something is out of the ordinary. It's easy to reinstall Windows, but I think something else is going on that is much deeper. It is not the persons on the receiving end of the information who are leaking the details, because we've used "dummy" recipients and the information leaks still occur.
