VB Script to restart 2 services and to log them to a text file

I need a vbscript which stops and starts 2 services. It must log the service name, stop and the start times to a text-file. The script must also cleanup the text file so that it does not grow beyond 60 days of log data. The script will be called nightly by windows scheduler. If the service is not able to be started after stopping for some reason, an email should be sent to support@[login to view URL] with the service that failed to restart. The service names can be configurable in the vbscript itself- two variables service1 and service2 so that I can set them with the specific service names.
