****Email to Case is already working, I need help with Flows, must be able to work on AnyDesk/screen share setup******

I'm looking for a Salesforce expert who can help me automate the process of updating Account details based on the sender's email address.
Requirements:
- I want the Account Id to be updated on the Case Object. This should be carried out in real-time whenever an email is received through Email-To-Case.
- The system should automatically extract the Account Id from the sender's email address.
- The updated Account details must be automatically synced with our Salesforce CRM.
-When Case is created thru email-to-case, I wnt to find the matching Account and update the Case's Account to matching Account Id. If there are multiple Accounts found, I would like to update to the latest one
Ideal Experience:
- Proven experience in Salesforce development and automation.
- Strong background in Email-To-Case functionality.
- Experience with real-time data synchronization in Salesforce.
- Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools and best practices.

I am certified Salesforce consultant and have 11yr of experience in Salesforce and can build flow that can update AccountId when case is created from Email-to-case .
I can't do on screen share but I can create it in my Org and send it to you .
