Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience as a telecaller or similar sales role.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry and its sales pitch.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Proficiency in English is a must, as clear and persuasive communication will be a key part of the role.
The right candidate will be proficient in delivering pre-established scripts yet flexible to adjust the conversation based on the customer's input, generating a lead effectively.
