Appointment Setter (Cold Caller)

As a niche company in the hospitality industry, we are in need of a dedicated and proactive individual to take up the role of an appointment setter. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • The main task will be to schedule sales meetings efficiently and promptly. • The preferred method of scheduling these appointments is via phone calls, hence excellent communication skills are a must for this role. IDEAL CANDIDATE: • Prior experience in appointment setting within the hospitality industry is a plus. • The ideal candidate should have a knack for professional and courteous phone etiquette. • Organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently to meet schedules is paramount in this role. • A successful candidate will be comfortable making phone calls and will have a proven track record of securing appointments.
