Looking for someone who can research import&sales regulations for RFID reader in Hong Kong

I need someone who can research the regulations for importing and selling industrial RFID reader in Hong Kong. A brief report needs to be made with the following information: 1) Regulations related to the import of RFID reader ・ Approval and license that importer and distributor are obliged to obtain prior to the import and selling of RFID reader (such as OFTA license) ・ Related laws and regulatory authorities 2) Regulations and standards related to the sale of RFID reader, such as Quality standards or quality requirements, Environmental requirements (RoHS etc.) that need to be satisfied (if any) ・ Regulations regarding labels (labeling requirements, if any) ・ Each report needs to be made in English and will be of about 4 sheets of A4 paper (about 2,000 words). I want the reports to be submitted within 2 weeks. (I think those information can be obtained by searching websites of related governmental offices or contacting governmental offices such as the customs office, Office of Communications Authority, etc.)
