I need a research paper in IEEE format. The research paper relates with a detailed survey of Artificial intelligence chatbots. It is preferred to have a computer background, cloud computing background would be added advantage. Other details will be discussed with interested freelancer. I need a freelancer who will keep continuous follow-up. Important Notes: 1. Should be done within the specified budget. (Under Rs. 800). 2. Need the research paper in 15 days. 3. The work and the content shall be completely unique and should be well formatted as per the format which will be given. 4. Citations will be required in the whole document. 5. Use of graphs and images must be relevant. 6. The plagiarism report of the content should also be submitted and the "content" developed shall be "unique". 7. The milestone breakup will be as follows: 7.1 : 1st 50% after completing the half paper and submitting the valid references used. 7.2 : 50% after submitting the entire paper in stated IEEE format. OR Entire milestone after complete paper is submitted and all the changes are incorporated.
