Project sunpower in Gran Canaria

Looking for locals! Hi, Im a entrepreneur from Sweden, loving the canary Islands. Today Im mining cryptocurrencies over here in Sweden and started to look at options for making the electricity myself. Best option here would be solarpanels but at same time we dont have loads of sun rays here. But then I got an idea, what If it was possible to buy a plot of land in Gran canaria, The suniest place on eath. Set up some solar panels and mine. The electricity is expensive in spain I know, but at same time the plan is to grow oir own electricity. The power we dont use for mining will be sold to The community. So what do I need help with? I would like a full report of The oportunities to make this dream Come True. - A plot of land not near the beach, up the Mountain a bit is better, colder climate means bettet mining. But not to cold either. Cost of that plot in avarage per m2. Sunny side plot ofcource - How to get permission to build solar panels? - price per square meter m2 solar panel, installed and ready to use. - what wattage do we get out per m2. - cost of building a warehouse in Gran canaria? To start with maybe 100 m2 is enough. Permission? And so on - what prices do we sell 1 kWh to The community If we cant use it all. - also we need a small cabin for me to stay in, what could that cost, incl permission and so on. If you are also intrested in building this company from scratch that is also welcome as I cant speak spanish but eager to learn. But that would need a payment for shares also ofcource.
