Ethiopian diaspora for Ethiopia

Hi, the goal of the organization we are tying to set up is to solve current issues that is prevalent in Ethiopia. The county at times seem to be on the brinks of genocide, there is tension among different ethnic group. Our organization is focused on, finding the root cause of these tension and tickling them. We believe most of the problems can be solved if young people had hope for their future. Lack of education, job opportunities and hope for their future seem to be the main reason why millions of young people are taking the violent and ethnic centric road. Obviously I am not a writer and need someone to help me to express the goal of our organization. The organization is new and is made up of several Ethiopians who volunteered to make an impact. We are going to need help from expert writers to help us. Please note, the this organization believes the solution for the problems is truly lack of opportunity and education. We want to invest in young people. vocational training, higher education, job opportunities will make an impact. people resort to violence when there is not hope. I have not seen an educated and financial stayalbe person wanting to give their lives for someone else cause, crazy cause. Poverty is the comment enemy. Thank you very much!
