Plastic enclosure design for two devices

Hi, I am a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in design of complex mechanical systems. Here is a list of few projects which I have completed in the past: 1.) Variable Stability Aircraft (UAV): A 40Kg class unmanned aircraft capable of changing its geometry online while flying. It has a variable sweep angle, variable tail to CG distance, retractable and steerable landing gears, burstable fuselage, etc. It was an assembly of more than 800 custom designed parts. The most critical part of the project was to have so many mechanisms and yet it should be light enough to fly and therefore required use of innovative methods to meet all the objectives and constraints. 2.) Glider assisted payload delivery system: This was also unique as the wing and tail were required to be folded in storage and once it is deployed from the aircraft all need to be deployed in less than 1 second. Important point is that the wing in itself was 165Kg and had huge inertia. I designed flawless mechanism to achieve that. I have completed other projects as well which were equally critical in their own way like Coffee roasting machine, gun recoil simulation mechanism, etc. I can do this project for you with very good quality however I must emphasize that I am a mechanical/industrial designer and specialize in material selection/strength/assembly sequencing,etc and will not be able to provide animation for any marketing/publicity purpose. I hold a Masters degree in Product Design Engineering and am a licenced engineer in Ontario Canada. I have several years experience designing consumer products, most specifically within the telephone entry and home automation industry- for example in home touch panels to control home security, lighting etc and also in vent heating controls to automatically control a distributed air system. I am also a certified SolidWorks Professional, which demonstrates my high level of competence in using 3D modelling software, in turn allowing me to complete work quickly and accurately. I also have experience in manufacturing my designs using Metal and, more importantly for this project, molded plastics.
