I need this work within 10 hours I need a python code to be a template code that computes the average frequency and then plot it. When you see the files(csv) you'll find that some rows have "undefined" words; this means that there is a silence. so I need to compute average frequency for each group of rows between silence periods that are greater than 4 seconds. so, for the final results, I'll get multiple average frequency and time where they occurred. Then finally a plot ( time- average frequency)

The project is simple and straight forward. Using matplotlib library in python we can easily plot the graph.
