Hello, Im looking for a python developer that can 1. Create a caption reader on streaming shows. You will just collect the captions/subtitles that reads on the screen. In English. You will save these words in a CVS file with the date and time. 2. Create image recognition to look for key words on the screen. “Breaking News” When you see these images on the screen. 2a. Make a sound alert 2b. Just saving the captions/subtitles on a separate csv file labeled “Breaking News” 2c. Screenshot the entire screen. Message me if you can do this. What is your cost and time to do this. Thank you.
