I can build you a OTA server using Flask! This would be super easy for you to control and the link has to included in a OTA update code on the microcontroller. For OTA updates you basically have to download the firmware from the server and store it by creating a partition in the memory and once that's done the board automatically reboots and the firmware is flashed! I been working on Embedded system based products for quite a while now. Would love to hear back!
