What you are trying to achieve is possible, all it needs is 24x7 scrapping so you might want to implement a private server for better accuracy and fast speed . You can easily get a free web server from amazon aws for 1 year or i can use my own server . To get you notified as soon as the site adds any item i can write an automated code to send it to your email address . For scrapping you can use requests for better speed, which would obviously be a better choice since we are scrapping at a very large scale here .
