Experienced Jira Consultant Needed for Audit and System Improvement -- 2

We are seeking a Jira consultant to audit our current Jira setup and implement solutions to enhance the system's efficiency for our Project Management Office (PMO). Our goal is to create customized templates for various project types and develop an informative dashboard for the Director of PMO to better manage the project portfolio. We are open to exploring additional opportunities for improvement. Background Information: Jira Users: 70+ Administrators: 10+ (including Project Managers and Directors) Total Projects: 100+ Active Projects: 40+ Services: Currently Using: Jira Software (Cloud), Confluence, Bitbucket Not Using: Jira Work Management Testing: Atlas Plugins: BigGantt, Atlascode Integration, Everhour Time Tracker, Figma, GitHub, Google Drive for Confluence, Jira Cloud for Spreadsheets, JIRA Toolkit Plugin, Miro for Confluence Cloud, Lucidchart Diagrams. Objectives: - Develop a suite of customized templates for existing project types (Design, Design + Front-end, Full cycle) that accommodate the transition into a support phase. - Create dashboards for the Director of PMO to provide high-level project status information. We are open to consultant suggestions for this. Work Process: - Conduct an audit of the current system. - Discuss audit results with the Director of PMO and propose a system improvement plan. - Implement the updated system. - Provide documentation for the updated system. Additional Details: - No strict time constraints for the project. - The consultant is expected to propose security standards and compliance requirements for the new system. - Depending on the updates, the consultant may need to monitor the system's use for some time. - We are also currently gathering more specific requirements from managers regarding desired features in Jira templates and issues to address in the current Jira system. Ideal Candidate: - Extensive experience with Jira audits and system improvement projects. - Strong background in developing customized Jira templates and dashboards. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with our PMO team. - Proven track record of enhancing Jira setups for better project management and reporting.
