preschool website - new template, picture page(repost)

I have a client that would like their website colors and fonts changed site is: [login to view URL] Also need a better looking calendar - and last a photo page.? I have the photos but need a way that they can upload them put some text in and maybe even frame the photos with a kidlike border? (is that possible) Some comments from them are: Can you change the color scheme?? We don't like the seafoam green and muave. On the side drop down, the schedule & fees and lunch bunch option disappears when you scroll over it.? Instead of highlighting. Can you make the Jubilee name one color?? Something that matches the other words that are on there. We don't like the muave strip and pink on there unless you want to change the color scheme to match it. As for the word Jubilee Donna suggested black but I thought that might be too extreme.? Can you just play with the colors.? Just make them match.? Like on our website [[login to view URL]][1] ? there are shades of blue and gold used throughout the site
