I work on a company that sells stainless steel and we have the problem of having to copy thousands of quality certificates that comes in pdf files. I transform these pdf into text. What I wish is to be teached how to train a model so it can make an excel file to feed our company system with the information without the need to copy. Example of output: Manganese - 7 % Chromium - 10 % company name - Aperam order ID - 912371283 Bar code - 1283718397 Product - f3040,60x700

Hi, I do software development projects. please check my previous works. In my opinion if you have similar formated PDF files, you can extract data or do OCR and get data from different parts of the PDF. please provide me with few PDF files and I can show you a demo working solution. we can discuss. thanks

I have written a system in Java that converts PDF into text and I would have knowledge of how to read the text and extract the required excel file information. I can base the project on this. Relevant Skills and Experience Managed several projects in Java and good all round experience of AI and text processing.
