Assembly/Packing/Inspection Table- Powder Coating Rack - Material Handling Cart

ASSEMBLY - PACKING - INSPECTION TABLES We need to develop a design. I suggest taking the following details into consideration. The entire unit should be on wheels and movable. We should have 2 sizes, one with the table top / platform large enough to handle our bigger items like bars and bar backs and the other for smaller items like chairs. Platform should be on an electric scissor lift base that either has up and down buttons accessible by hand or pedals to adjust by foot The surface should be anti scratch, either like road case carpet or rubber. One side should have an adjustable bar with attached sliding cutting knife for the silver rolls of bubble wrap. As we don’t need this in ALL tables, this should be removable (bolts). A shelf under the table top accessible by hand should have preset spaces that fit tape guns, knives, a pneumatic drill, rubber mallet etc.. A movable cart with plastic bins should be nearby to hold plastic feet, caps, levellers, screws etc… The back of the table should have overhead lighting that won’t be in the way of the items we are handling to see what the worker is doing. Finally there should be power in the table to plug in any other tools needed if it is placed without access to air. CARTS These are needed to move parts from station to station in the production cycle. On heavy duty casters that can handle the weight with locks The right size to fit between machines and work areas but also fit our parts. Maybe 2 sizes? Rubber bumpers on top and bottom on all sides so that they don’t damage machines. Would be great if the sides fold down and they can stack when not being used so that we can have enough on hand. POWDER COAT / LIQUID PAINT RACKS These must be modular to fit different size and quantity parts with a hooking system or with wire hooks Heat resistant ie no plastic or rubber wheels unless they are made for this. Removable wheel covers. If not powder and paint will get caked on and destroy them. Must fit through the doors of wash, paint, powder and oven. Ideally should nest when not being used.
