Web Development for Queue Management System(PHP Laravel)

I need someone who can do a PHP web-based Queue Management System for school offices(registrar, Accounting, Cashier) PHP framework preferred is Laravel [login to view URL] up Brief features: 2 sides of system ( user and client) -Clients can queue on a given department which includes the transaction information -Each department has different transactions -When client finishes the queue process, they will receive an e-ticket for mobile devices or printed queue ticket if using kiosk. -User will see the queue with transaction information -User can call the queue and called queue will display on the monitor for client to see who's on queue. -System will deploy only for intranet(Local network of the location,specifically the school) and applicable on mobile devices. more information will be discussed further.
