Web Developer needed (to create a theme for Themeforest)

We’ve been on the WordPress themes market (themeforest) for a year now, and we’ve developed a number of successful themes during this time. ★ REQUIREMENTS ★ ✔ Extensive WordPress development skills/experience, an understanding of the platform, its abilities and limitations. ✔ Create completely custom themes ✔ Create custom shortcodes for Visual Composer plugin ✔ Write custom functions and/or plugins ✔ Create custom back and front-end functionality based on custom fields and meta boxes ✔ Improve loading speed by enque-ing scripts an non-critical CSS at the bottom of the page ✔ Knowledge of server-side programming (PHP). ✔ Knowledge of MySQL and other popular database technologies. ✔ You can write SASS. ✔ Good working knowledge of JS (jQuery). At least be able to find some stuff on the web and build a custom function from it. ✔ Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3. ✔ Writing W3C compliant code ✔ Experience with GitHub. ✔ Good sense of UI design and UX. ✔ Ability to work with a team in an organized way. ✔ Our themes are developed on Redux Framework (You should know or learn this very fast) *All work will be monitored with [login to view URL] and you have to install the software Please answer my following questions otherwise you I will reject your bid: 1.
