Hi Here is my proposal / clarification 1) Internal Chat with Team - Do you need a custom chat or like to integrate chat services such as zopim or AJAXChat 2) Masking Email & Phone number - How do you like to do this? Only for Users or contacts and Organizaitons. Please provide detailed information 3) putting time stamp on every action - Editing, Modifying & Deleting - Already a timestamp is logged in vtiger, how do you like to have it? 5) Attendance reporting by user login id - OK 6) Individual email system to the manager and CEO - Please provide detailed information. 7) Autodialer (Predictive & Power Dialer & One Click Dial) - Ok, but I would like to have more information Thanks Sutharsan Jeganathan
