Twitter - Application that deletes Retweets after 10 minutes

I need an application building where you connect the twitter account and it will un retweet tweets from connected accounts after 10 minutes. I will need to connect multiple accounts.\r\n\r\nThe functionality will be similar to [login to view URL] / [login to view URL]\r\n\r\nI also need to be able to send a retweets from connected accounts on the application.\r\n\r\nThanks.
