Some WordPress Custom Coding tasks to be done quickly

This site using a theme named 'Makery'. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] This is a Marketplace theme. Our site is also a Marketplace site. This theme supports Shop creation and adding products on the Shop Page, when user register him/herself. Right now, any registered user can create a Shop Page from "My Account" directly. But, we want to place a membership table before user can create a shop page. The Membership Table will have 2 types of plans as of now. Users have to choose a plan which includes the Shop Page, then only users will be able to create a Shop Page. Her is the pricing table (check attachment) I need on the about page. Potential browsers need to see this when they click" sign up"...to make a decision about paying for a member ship. They also need to see this when they click the "my shop page" if they have NOT already paid for the service. Place this pricing table on the website on a pricing page too. 1. for new sign ups make them land on the pricing page 2. then if they want a free membership...then they click 'My Shop'. make them lading on the page.
