1) I have a multilanguage site that needs to be transferred to a new site with a differnt layout. The work that needs to be done on the transfer is independent of the new layout so there should be no issues. 2) on new site there is a slight change in the php menu structure, that I will explain 3) the PHP menu after selection needs to show a bootstrap modal full screen pop-up which is already implemented on old site but disabled (links to another page instead of calling modal right now needs to be changed)
