Self service loan management system for microfinance

I need a simple clean php,msql Loan Management Database system with sleek Reporting too. -Client Data should be able to be queried for status -Reports Generated with Company Logo on Top and Address,website Link, Phone -An easy GUI for entering customers loan to the database. -Customers will be able to log in and request for loans and also see a status of their account, history of how may loans they have taken all that detail information. N.B: One customer can take more than one loan at a time. -Penalty is monthly -Max loan duration is 90 days -Referal Commission is 5% of Interest on loan I dont need from scratch rather a script we can work on a make smarter, sleek and to our requirements. 3 days delivery.
