Revise website for better development

All items to be completed: Code & Database Find all of related functions at the controller and put them in a new controller. Ex: at dashboard controller we need to find all of Patient functions and put it in new controller called Patient, etc. Integrate all 8 folders into one folder that has all working components, and remove unneeded folders Clean up code & implement MVC design pattern. Previous developers have not followed coding standards. Ex: all project functions was put into one Controller class Hardcode to SSL Friendlier urls. Ex: [login to view URL] instead of [login to view URL] Fix issue with mysql driver using (the log says: mysql_pconnect(): The mysql extension is deprecated and will be removed in the future) - the following php versions will not have this function at all. Review and integrate the database for consistency: there are 5 Databases; roundcube, xntralne_crmdb, xntralne_crmdb2, xntralne_d3v, and xntralne_test. The database needs to be integrated into one consistent database Integrate the current completed components Integrate the Database Improve the code then integrate code into one working project
