Price update for eBay listings based on Amazon listings

I am in need of a software solution (Web based) which can automate my business tasks related to Amazon and eBay. The basic theme of the application will be to monitor specific sellers' listings on Amazon and gather necessary information i.e Price, Shipping, Seller status for Prime eligibility etc and then calculate price on pre-defined parameters set out in the application and replicate the price to our eBay Listings. The application should run on scheduled basis which can increased/decreased from the application interface. The solution will also be able to download our eBay orders. It will also need to include a default price in the input feed if the prime price is missing. Thanks
