PHP & MySql expert with 5 years experience required

I'm looking for a expert with minimum 5 years experience in MYSQL and PHP to create a search function on my website page. You are required to implement a search function within current designed search bar, allowing users to search tables within the database and display the results and the current designed layout. 1. Allow users to select category to search keywords that relate to search query via a drop down option next to search text field. 2. Allow users to filter results for returned search query 3. Implement pagination for results page. This should work for both mobile and wide screen via as site is responsive.
