I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my project. I need someone to build me an online character generator that works as a wordpress plugin. I've put up instructions of what I need the sheet to contain. My main concern is that I should be able to add and remove skills and such myself later on. Preferably by adding or removing them through the database.
