Modify wordpress plugin

I need a small alteration to an existing wordpress plugin that handles uploads for user profile pictures [login to view URL] What it does now: 1. Allows user to upload an author image. 2. Allows user to crop image to size. 3. Saves the image to specified folder named /UPLOAD_PATH/USER_ID/ORIGINAL_NAME.[JPG] 4. Updates the author database field with the image path. 5. On delete or update, it removes the old image (and the folder if it's no longer needed). What I need it to do: 1. Same. 2. Same. 3. Save the image to SAME SINGLE FOLDED FOR ALL, named /UPLOAD_PATH/[login to view URL] (using the exact 'user-nicename' name from that database field). 4. NOT NEEDED AT ALL! (for retrieval, a function such as "<?php echo '/users/' . get_the_author_meta( 'user_nicename' ) . '.jpg'; ?>" will be hardcoded in the theme instead). 5. On delete or update, remove JUST THE OLD IMAGE (leave every other user image in the folder, of course).
