Itunes podcast scraper - Repost - open to bidding

Your job is to program a script (VBS, JS, C, C++, C#, Java, PHP, ...) that automatically on request extracts the urls for all podcasts (one for each podcast there is) in the iTunes podcast directory (there are several thousand). Your script may be used with either Windows (XP/Vista) or Mac OS X or both. It is up to you and your choice. If you are an expert in scripting, scraping and automation please apply! For clarification: I need the url of the original podcast feed (rss feed) - *NOT* the iTunes link. The iTunes settings and subscriptions shall be in the same state after finishing the scraping as before starting it. The extracted urls must be written to a plain text file. Each url on a separate line. Duplicates shall be avoided. I can explain in further detail how and where you find the url of a podcast once you got the job. Thank you.
