Integrate some code into PHP file

This ten dollar task consist of the following: Atttached you find a php file which works fine. It collects the form fields and sends a mail. Now I want the PHP file to display the following text for 2 seconds "Thank you for your request" and redirect the user to a pdf file ( open a new tab in browser and show pdf ). The following code should work for opening a new tab in browser and show pdf document. header("Content-type: application/pdf"); header("Content-Disposition: inline; filename=[login to view URL]"); @readfile('[login to view URL]'); It should be resolved within 60 minutes.
