- Installing SSL from Let's Encrypt or Cloudflare
- Train admin on all login and pw and how to update cloud environment and erpnext for the future
- Help setup permissions of people and teams
- import important data from OpenERP : customers, suppliers and part numbers
- create personalised templates (PO, Invoice, DN, CN, proforma)
- help create daily / weekly / monthly / annual reports for management and accounting
- basic training of staff in Hong Kong (max 5) by skype : accounting, sales, purchase, create reports
- help import other part of data from OpenErp while running
- train admin how to import VM any time if server / hosting change is needed
