6 - the procedure described in 3, needs to made in such way that it can be set up in CRON, so to pre program synchronizations at certain periods of time
6a - the configuration of the CRON timing will be performed by a skilled admin, who will also take care of any other configuration that is needed.
6b - the admin will have full administrator access to both sites, [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]
NOTE: there is no site mounted at present time, the above mentioned URLs are just for reference so to better understand the description of the project.
