Google MAPS Expert to TAG like Wikimapia Integration ex. places of Interest

Hi I am looking to create a clone of [login to view URL] Google maps system that allows a user to TAG a specific location and integrated this in my script at [login to view URL] ? Please use the demo account to explore members area: Username: demo Pass: 123456 * I created Categories as Countries so that when a user wants to write about his travel experience he visited .. he clicks on "Submit Article" link located on top of any page as now. Once there .. Here should be same system as on [login to view URL] .. Right before Title & Description there should be a 1. A map (750x300px) a. where he has to TAG an area (in Satellite View) by zooming fair enough (like on Wikimapia) b. He has to choose a PLACE TYPE/Place of Interest (should be editable from admin)( 10 Types for now) showing show as circles RED for Nightclub, BLUE for Escorts, YELLOW for Bars, ORANGE for Massage Salons, etc. like here: [login to view URL] This should be made interactive, so that when you checkmark say "Nightclubs" - all Articles from my database will show up on the map. The legend should be placed neatly right under the map. Just like in Google Maps - Places of Interests example link above. When you click on one circle it will show a "preview window" like in Google Maps with ABSTRACT/Short Description showing and a link to read Full Article. c. After Description, there should be ability to upload Photos to a gallery and YOUTUBE video link which will then appear on the right side of the article described in #2 below. 2. On Article page [login to view URL] the layout should look very neat same as in example here: [login to view URL] a. Article on the Left side b. On the right side (float 300x300px) under Article author should be in Order: i. Google map tagged location with 3 possible views (Map, Satellite or Hybrid) ii. Then goes uploaded YouTube Video (if it exists) iii. Photo Gallery exactly as here: [login to view URL] when clicked on an image. It will rotate all the uploaded images. iv. And Rating Stars (described in #3 below) 3. Detailed Feedback Ratings: A person who which to leave a comment ? instead of using the present 1-5 dots system, I want to replace it with a Ajax Stars Feedback 2.0 Rating like on Ebay [login to view URL] or here [login to view URL] attached to each comment on the right same layout as well as displaying the Average in (Section #2. iv.) above on the right side after Photo Gallery. (I will provide you with criteria later but it would be nice if it can be edited from the admin). 4. For each Category/Country and HOME PAGE ? It will be same size (750x300px) Country(for Category) or World map(for Home Page) with same interactive circles Legend placed under the map. Once clicked it will be zoomed to that area and once clicked again, on a specific tag, the user will be directed to the article. *************** My CONDITIONS************** I do expect the project to be FULLY tested before it is delivered and nicely layout designed. If more information is required please let me know before bidding. You must be open to accept some small and reasonable modifications that are not included in the initial requirements.
