Get a Website Built

We are currently trying to get a website developed similar to “[login to view URL]”. We are looking for a team of web developers with strong knowledge in “php, sql, javascript and database management”. The design and front end of the site will be developed separately and will be given to the chosen team of developers for them to integrate it with the back end of the site. The front end of the site will not be given immediately, as it is a work in progress. Instead, this will be given in parts as we work on it. Because of this, we will need a team who is great with communication as we will be messaging each other back and forth with information related to the site. This site will consist of to websites. One will be the front end, this is where the user profiles and content will be displayed at. Then the other site will be where the website owner can see the overall status of the website along with statistics and be able to allow or deny user applications to become part of the site. The structure of the site goes like this: Website that users will see: - Registration page - - People will be given two registration options: - - - Register as a fan - - - - A fan will have to enter billing information in order to follow users and also to provide proof of being a human and not a robot.
