General Public-Friendly Website Development

I have an existing Wordpress website [login to view URL] I need to change the Home page of my existing website as per below URL-: [login to view URL]://[login to view URL] In the above URL shared, Middle Coloumn will be deleted, last coloumn will move to middle coloumn. The third coloum will have these 2 lines>> "Get a Free resume review. Whats app your resume at +91 9818749023" Also, there will be only 1 static image (basketball one) on Home page [login to view URL] In the above URL, at the backend, in admin, the pricing structure should be very very very very user friendly for me to edit pricing. I do not want any codes to be seen. Simply by changing the figures, pricing should get changed. Also, there should be provision of adding any pricing services in drop down in the same URL [login to view URL] In above URL, I need to mention price below each service. Provision of 2 small little rows to be there below each service. The price should be editable from admin panel. So this project is majorly about 3 things-: Changing Home Page, changing theme to blue colour and Layout (box shaped) and all other pages to be exactly same as of existing website but with change to blue colour (from current orange colour) INSTRUCTIONS before you start-: 1. Website should be made at your own dummy URL 2. Once you make the website ready, I will then entirely cleanup the CPanel / all web pages at my current Hosting Service Provider. You need to then install wordpress and then upload the new website. 3. I will share Cpanel details only when you make the website ready at your end. 4. The theme of the website should be in blue colour as in above URL and should be box shaped. 5. So wherever you see orange colour in my current website, that has to be changed to blue colour. 6. Please DO NOT call or whats app me. Communication should happen only through Freelancer chat 7. In phone, the responsive layout of the changed website should look in the same array as the current website looks now 8. Website should open without errors and completely responsive in all browsers and phones / tablets of all size 9. Website should score minimum 90 on Google Page insights on both mobile and desktop version. 10. I can pay only reasonable amount, I am not a rich man, the work has to be done QUICKLY. 11. Reponse time of all pages should not be more than 1 second. 12. In the footer, Terms & Conditions and Blogs button should appear the same way as in current website. 13. REMEMBER - At the backend, to change price, I want the process for me to be SUPER SUPER SIMPLE....I am zero in coding, it has to be made in the SIMPLEST form. This is the most IMPORTANT aspect of this project. REMEMBER THIS POINT, I REPEAT, REMEMBER THIS POINT. It has to be made EXTREMELY EMTREMELY SIMPLE for me. Its just that the way I press buttons on a calculator to feed figures and to delete figures, it has to be made so simple at the backend. Everything to be in 2 steps, Change and Update. SIMPLE!!....or Add and Update... (if I want to add service).
