Full CRM/Ordering Software

We are a 20 year old export company located in Fiji seeking to update our current in house sales system. We are looking to have this coded php/mysql to allow us to run it on an in house apache server. This system is a entry system with reporting and inventory control Main menu options -Enter Order --quick key sku/qty entry system with autocomplete/lookup -Edit/Lookup Order --ability to lookup orders and run reports -Customer Maintenance --add/edit/maintain customer information/notes -Reporting --need several reports for box counts, order summary, ect -Item Maintenance --add/ edit skus, control inventory, box counts, stock reports, receiving inventory by vendor -System Maint --user login controls You are able to use existing open source projects to integrate as this doesnt have to all be custom. This will be a full CRM/Invoice/Inventory program similar to sugar/etc but they are not custom enough to work for us. This is the flow we currently use: 1>Order received and entered into system 2>Order is accepted and a sales quote is generated 3>Sales quote is emailed and accepted by customer 4>Shipping date is assigned 5>On ship date a pack list is printed based on date (can be a dozen shipments) 6>Order is packed based on available product at the time, invoice is revised 7>Products are assigned to boxes with weight 8>Invoice is sent to the customer 9>Customer pays and entry is made into the sales system to account for this. We would like to have basic accounting so that we can track payments and credits. Customized reports will be created to produce a shipment summary. There will be a list of standard reports, automated reports, etc. With CRM we need to be able to have all customer information in one area, Last orders, recent orders, account balance, phone etc. Customers would need to be able to have sub accounts (locations or names) We do a lot of trans ship that one customer orders for a dozen other people and we pack them out but bill to only the main customer. The ability to export reports into excel is also needed There will be a few other items that come up as we go with fine details of how the flow works and our orders need to be processed. There will also be additional work created as the project goes either as a new project or added into the new one. You will need to be very fluent in english and communicate effectively being able to set project dates and meeting the dates. Milestones will not be paid unless they are exactly met. Please make sure to set milestones you can finish. We will interview each person to get a feeling and will need to see work provided
