Form module incorporation into my CRM

I have a Perfex CRM. So you need to know Perfex CRM in order to get this job. Otherwise, you will learn it but on your time meaning the budget won't be more because you don't know it.

Ok, first thing first, let's talk about what it has to do. Here what you need to know. I need to fill up a form, I mean a big form to fill for my client from time to time. In a near future, I have a lot of other forms to add.

So I choose to purchase a form builder, this form builder is a CI version just like Perfex. So what I want is to replace the workflow that I have now with one that included the new form builder. Because I don't want to ask a coder each time I made a change to a form. Let me describe the workflow I want:

1- I click on the commercial quote button, on my client profile

2- We show a Kaban quote related to the form I build into the form builder (see the picture included) I will provide the HTML KABAN for you to integrate.

3- I fill out the form but I need to be able to save each field or by each step if possible or we create a button save button, please.

4- Once the form completed, we ask them if they need to add another form if yes I want to be able to fill another form selected from the Kaban form selector.

5- If I don't have any other form to do, I want to be able to use the workflow that I have already, which means I will send it to the recipient (email) I want by a step that I have. There is a special message that we can insert into the email, it's a special message.

6- Once that step is done, I want to be able to review each PDF created, because if I have made a mistake I want to be able to go back into the form and make the correction before I send it. So I need to be able to review each PDF to be sure it's ok. Anyway, no worries about that part because it's already there.

So you need to understand that we need to create a module for the form builder so it could be ad to Perfex, then we need to find a way to make those form available to by fill out by me and it needs to be saved to each client I choose to fill out the form.

The form builder has a get shortcode and a PDF builder which will help you make the PDF form.
