Fix Website Hacking on 2 Sites

I have 2 sites that are hacked with similar parameters. Here is how it works. Google search the business name. Click on "website" link. it takes you to homepage for 1 second and then redirects to malicious page. Looks like it is doing this based on referral=Google This will only show 1 time on new pc which has not seen site before. It will not work 2nd time for some reason. I have 2 sites with this issue. I have tried looking in FTP to see if there is anything there, but all looks good. Maybe it is a database hack? It is very difficult to test since it will not show hack all the time. Need someone with experience on this type of hacks. Need this work done ASAP. In next few hours if possible!
