hello sir the high memory usage is due to a hacking and they injected spam on your server i can find out it and fix the problem soon

Are you sure you want to stick with godaddy after this problem? Can you also let me know if you contacted their support and tried to find out the cause and see if they can assist you before posting this project? Are you open to a migration to a more secured and responsive web hosting? our clients in past faced such issues with godaddy, hostgator and even if these temporary problems are resolved, these problems may arise in future which means you will require ongoing support.
