Facebook Integration with eWards CRM- Project Requirement Details

*Information-* ewards is a SaaS-based cloud-powered CRM platform, our tech suite offers a one stop solution to 1000+ Brands across pan India, offering them customer centric products (Crm, eCom Whitelabel App and Website, Invoice, Reservations, Feedback) which helps them to gather customer data using various integrated tools (Pos integration, Order taking app, Guest management system). We are looking for a companion to help us to integrate our CRM system with Facebook. The goal of this integration is to allow ewards to manage their client's Facebook pages and run Facebook ads on their behalf. *Basic Responsibilities-* 1. ewards must have their own Facebook Developer account. 2. ewards must have a Facebook Business Manager account. 3. ewards must be the Business Manager admin for their Client's Facebook Page. 4. ewards must grant the freelancer access to their Business Manager account. 5. ewards must have access to the client's facebook page. 6. ewards should have control over their Facebook developer account, Business Manager account, and client's Facebook Page. 7. Segment upload: Develop a feature that allows ewards clients to upload and sync their Facebook segments with their CRM. Segment data transfer was happening earlier based on the client being the business manager as we were creating client as a business manager - now we want to create ewards as a business manager and Send the data to Facebook. 8. The ewards CRM system must be compatible with the Facebook API and Ensure that the integration is secure and compliant with all Facebook policies. 9. Documentation for the integration. *Deliverables Flow-* Step1- The client opens the eWards CRM(Don't need to develop CRM) using login credentials and clicks on the 'Connect' button(Your work starts from here) under Integration tab. Step2- eWards redirects the client to Facebook's authorization endpoint i.e facebook login page where the client enters their Facebook credentials and authorizes the eWards app and also asks about important 12 and more permissions to allow. If allows then follow the next step. Step3- Facebook redirects the client back to the eWards dashboard with an authorization code. Step4- eWards exchanges the authorization code for an access token using the Token Exchange API. Step5- eWards calls the /me/accounts endpoint to check the status of the permissions that have been granted to the eWards app. If the client has granted all of the required permissions, eWards uses the access token to call the Graph API to fetch the client's Page ID and long access token. Step6- eWards stores the client's Page ID and long access token in its database to manage the client's Facebook page and run Facebook ads on their behalf. **Please note**- The endpoints or, API name which is mentioned in the above steps are for your better understanding based on the research. *Timeline:* The integration must be completed within a month.
