Edit our Theme

I'm looking for fast turn-around on some minor editing of our WordPress theme (SmartMag from Theme-Sphere -- experience with that theme would be great, but not needed) This will only impact our front page ([login to view URL]). Please look at our front page before bidding -- Auto-bids will be ignored. I want to know that you see the issues below. 1. We would like the margins tightened in the "Featured" area at the top of the page (the top five images with title, optional stars if the post is a review and our author by-line). The margin needs to be 50% tighter between these three elements. When you mouse-over one of the images, a Category box appears. That would also need to match the same tighter margin. 2. The section below the Featured section is broken into four columns, a Featured Category section on the left, two small Category columns next to that, and then our sidebar section. If you look closely, you'll see that the author by-line on the left-most column is a gray word "BY and a gold-ish author link (BY RICH HEIMLICH). If you look on the next two smaller columns, the by-line is different. It's all just black and larger. We would like these RIGHT ones to be changed to match the look AND size of the by-line of the left column. 3. On the left side column of the Featured Category sections, you will notice an Excerpt that appears below the Image, optional stars and author. We want to move that excerpt to appear between the stars and the by-line, so above the by-line and below the stars. You will also notice that the excerpt currently has almost no margin above the photo below it. Once the excerpt is moved, the by-line will be on the bottom and we want there to be a nice margin of white-space below it and the picture it's above. 4. We would like all code that needs to change to be commented out (not deleted) with new code put in its place including comments donating your additions in case we need to tweak these sections later. All of these changes should only be done to our child theme and not the main theme. That's it. To approve the release of the milestone I would expect a final check-in with me to make sure it meets all the above criteria and that you'll be okay if we find we need to make minor modifications to the above if something does quite look right as a result.
