Database Creation and Data Retrevial & Display

PHP/HTML/MYSQL Project Site: [login to view URL] The programmer I select must know how to program forms so they collect data input and send to a databases and then program the ability to search the database for records meeting search criteria of a specific field or a combination of fields, then output the data in the record for those fields that populate the searh results summary page, and also display a full page profile (using the datafields for any of the records selected). If that is confusing, read on.... This site is an "real estate agent directory" that real estate buyers and sellers will use to find an agent and to conduct an immediate home search, once they find an agent. Of course to be of any value to the consumer, there needs to be agents who "add their business" to the directory --- there is a charge of $12.50 that agents will ay when they decide to submit their data to the site.... Here is what needs to be programmed: 1. [login to view URL] Need to program this page to accept the new agents data input to the fields shown on the form, then stores the input in a database called "Connect-Directory ---- this database must have all fields sortable and it should record the date and time of posting the data. Also need to have status field, P=Pending A=Active C=Cancelled E=Expired When the new agent completes the form and submits the data, the program needs to store the data in the database, then sends the new agent to [login to view URL] which shows the new agent, the cost for this service ($12.50 per year), and if they want to continue, they must push the SUBSCRIBE button and it will connect to pay pal. The programmer needs to be sure the program keeps track of the pending transaction until Paypal confirms payment has been made. It then allows the record to show the listing in the directory. [login to view URL] Search-[login to view URL] Users will go to this directory search module, and programmer must provide coding of this module so the user can enter search criteria in any field, or combination of fields to find an agent in the directory. Note: The State values are borrowed from another program....and if this coding is wrong or not something you would recommend, then I leave it to you on how to provide the state options for the drop down field. Note: The cities drop down is all messed up. My SQL on my cpanel may contain a database for states and cities ---- So when the state is chosen, the cities are loaded in the cities drop down menu for that state ---- that is why the user must sel;ect the state first. 3. No once the directory search criteria is submitted, the programmer needs to code the search so it goes to the database and extracts the records meeting the seach criteria and output them in a format similiar to the sample page I put up at [login to view URL] ---- Note: The programmer must program the capability for multiple page navigation. Notice the sample shows the page numbers at the bottom and and top of the page on the right hand side. It also shows a "next" and "previous" button which needs to be coded also. Note: The search results shows the word "Profile" on each abbreviated agent listing ---- If you click the Profile link, it should open a new window which displays a full profile page for that listing. [login to view URL] Programmer needs to be sure the profile page is coded to display the extracted data from the database for the agent profile selected. ------------------------------------ Programmer needs to provide 2 horizontal single line reports which can be run at any time from the ADMIN area. Setup Admin (userid - admin123 pw: 009988) 1. a "UNPAID Report" of data for those records that are UNPAID 2. a "Monthly Report" that can be run on any month and year which shows all fields of data for those records that were PAID for the month/year selected 3. Need a function so only the fields originally input by the user can be edited by the agent. This function would be accessed by "Ur Account" 4. Also need an edit or delete record capability for my use only. 5. Program a login module that comes up any time the menu links (edit-delete) or (ur Account) are pushed ----
