Create a input form for gathering and submitting data

I need a revenue management system where off-site managers at the various locations would login and input their daily reporting for room revenue, other revenue, ADR, Occupancy, taxes, payments, AR etc. This system would then be able to send this data to generate reports such as month-date, month to month comparison, year to year comparison as well as create graphs of same. Also is there a way to consolidate these reports onto one sheet? I would also like the system to be able to email daily summary reports to a number of people. I am needing to host this in the cloud so I don' t know if google sheets would do the trick, but I would like to have a private domain under my hosting account(netfirms) to do this for me and I can host it directly and secure.
