Convert Word files to database format (Text, Image, Mathematical Equations, Chemical bonds)

I've more than 25 years of experience in software development. I can build a C# utility for 1) automatically processing DOCX files (similar to the attached sample), 2) extracting different questions along with the corresponding answers (including images equations, etc.), and 3) inserting them into a MySQL database on which you can perform CRUD. As long as the DOCX files have a consistent format I can guarantee a high accuracy.
