I am a Hostgator reseller and I have an account whose URL would not load. I contacted Hostgator support, and they sent me this:
"Hello,
During troubleshooting, I found evidence that the issue is being caused by malware within your account ([login to view URL], which I had named it that to stop the script from running). I highly suggest that the security issue be resolved before we take any further action to try to correct the problem you're seeing now. Any minor changes to try to correct the error may be overwritten by the malware on your account.
Since we cannot perform this type of service for you, I do recommend you contact SiteLock or another security service to prevent further damage to your server by the malicious content. We are partnered with SiteLock, so we can provide you with any assistance to sign up for their service. You can also reach them directly at 877-563-2849.
Once the security issue is resolved, if you are still experiencing an issue with your account, please let us know so we can investigate further. Please let us know how you want to proceed, or if you have other questions or concerns.

I am quite irritated. I should not have to sign up for a service to clean something that is not on my server...or at least, that is my opinion. I wanted to see if anyone could assist me with this project.

*** Hostgator is not a good host to be on *** if you can pay 96 USD a year, I can move your site on a secured host and ensure the current issue is resolved, security is tightened and there are no further hack attacks!

I do not understand with what are you iritated. Do you possibly have wordpress blog with revslider plugin for example? If you are using a lot of plugins you cannot be safe ever.
I am not a wordpress developer but security linux administrator.
I can asses the account and wordpress plugins but have in mind that you may need to spend 100 - 200$ on a developer to write you quality plugins for your needs.
