Build me a Website and Mobile App (Android and iOS)

I am looking for a website similar to Astroyogi, Astrotalk and Astrosage. There are a few features/functionality that I've listed below to give you an idea of what you will be building. However, I would also like you to develop your own analysis of the three websites I've mentioned above so that you are well aware of the requirements. 1. Self-hosted eWallet Integration connected with Pay Per Minute Billing/Calling (Teletalk) - Users need to add money to their eWallet; once the call is connected with Astrologer, automatic billing will start deducting the amount from the user's eWallet per minute. Users will not be able to see Astrologer's number, and Astrologer will not be able to see the User's number (Number Masking like you see in Ola and Uber phone connection) 2. Astrologer Appointment booking - Users can book an appointment with their fav astrologer/tarot reader/numerologist etc. 3. Astrologer Registration - Front-end sign-up, add profile information, documents, and pictures. But it will be approved from the backend. 4. Astrologer Dashboard - Login/Logout + See work details [customers they have interacted with, made reports for, their daily earnings, deductions (if any)] + profile update + Display important messages or alerts from the company 5. Chat integration - It will be linked with eWallet, where the amount will be deducted per minute from the user's account. Astrologer will only see the user's name and birth details + question. The user will see only Astrologer's name. Chat will automatically end if the user's balance in eWallet is over. 6. Notification bell to get updates about Fav Astrologer online/offline - It will be displayed on Astrologer's profile and visible to the user. They can click on it to get an update whenever the selected Astrologer comes online. 7. Online Horoscope Generation or Manglik Dosha Checker (Required but not 100% necessary at the moment). 8. International Payment Gateway connected with all the listed products and paid services on the website. 9. eShop for selling Astro Products such as reports, personalised merchandise, gemstones, yantras, etc. 10. Customer or User Dashboard with Login/Logout + Profile Page + Order Summary + Chat history (if any), Call history, Transaction history, printable invoice, add money to eWallet or withdraw it. 11. Need Mobile App - Android and iOS (with both Astrologer + Customer Login/Logout and dashboard) and similar features as stated above. Note: Some features will also be added, and it will only be shared with the freelancer we believe looks more promising to work on our project. 12. If you've read the requirements clearly, kindly mention the phrase - not a half-baked response at the top of your message or reply. Also, mention the project timeline per your understanding of the project, cost price and support you require from me. 13. Awarded bidder will also need to be available for AMC with 24/7 response time, sign an NDA and IP A, and hand over the entire code + all other files related to the project after the completion of the project. 15. Design + Development from start to end is what I require. I would also like to know which technology you would like to use to build it.
