I am looking for an experienced guru to design a small business website. The requirements for the site are: 1) using the latest technology to design the site 2) the main contents of the site: please visit [login to view URL] These pages are static, but the admin is able to modify these contents conveniently. in addition, there will be an investor portal site. After an investors login, he/she is able to check the fund performance, his/her investment and other. 3) This is not an e-commerce site. This is simple site with a few static pages and a dynamic login page by investors. When you bid for the project, please answer 1) Have you done websites for hedge fund companies? If yes, please provide less than three sample portfolios. 2) DON'T use a generic proposal letter. I won't read very lengthy letter as my site is quite simple. Please tailor your letter to my requirement. Sending generic letters mean that you are not paying attention to what I am looking for, and thereby will be REJECTED immediately. 3) what is your estimated budget and how long will it take?
